Overview

Rising heat loads in Server/Networking Racks can overheat the hardware and cause it to run slowly or even fry. A simple, effective solution for re-directing your Server Racks hot air exhaust away from the Rack and back into the CRAC system can save valuable time and money. Components work in unison to dissipate optimal heat with a passive design approach.

And the System can also be designed as active cooling with simple fan tray, accessory option. Cool air is pulled thru the servers and exhausted to the rear of the Rack, where it is deflected upwards, thru the overhead duct, and re-introduced to the CRAC system for further conditioning and utilization.

Provides Passive Cooling solution for higher thermal loads in Server Racks.

- Or System can also be designed as Active Cooling with simple fan
tray, accessory option.
- Cool air is pulled thru the servers and exhausted to the rear of the Rack, where it is deflected upwards, thru the overhead duct, and re-introduced to the CRAC system - for further conditioning and
utilization.
- Vertical height of duct positions itself against the drop ceiling - assuring you that hot air will not escape and mix back with the rooms cooler air.
- Provides effective solution to Hot AND Cold air mixing as well as limiting blowback - where the hot exhausted air can seat itself in pockets of the Rack and increase thermal loads.
- Re-directs server hot air exhaust away from the Server Rack(S)
- Exhaust Duct can be ordered with duct option that provides full duct between top of Rack and bottom of Data Room ceiling.
- Hot air exhaust system forces air through the servers with blanking panels… where the hot air is exhausted to the back of the Server Rack, then deflected upward to the exhaust duct, then back
into the HVAC system for recirculation
- Passive cooling solution lowers data center costs - room does not require over cooling - as individual or rows of Server Racks can be isolated and extreme heat exhausted effectively.
- All Overhead Hot Air Exhaust Systems feature a durable textured Powder Coat paint finish .
