This Rittal enclosure is designed to provide air flow management exclusively for side-breathing Cisco Nexus 7018 Switch. The Cisco Nexus 7018 Switch collects air from the right side and exhausts it to the left, creating an air flow that must be managed to prevent recirculation of hot air into the data center’s cold aisle.

The duct system can be removed for switch installation or maintenance
using integrated hand-holds and custom clips

Cable Management Built In
Rittal’s Manage-IT cable manager system as well as a roof design that
provides easy access for the 768 cables available to the 7018 Switch
