Shipping & Returns

Shipping Policy

Mainline Computer Products ships products throughout the United States. Shipping methods vary by product type, size, weight, manufacturer, and destination. Many data center products, racks, enclosures, UPS systems, furniture, and cooling systems may require LTL freight, dock-to-dock delivery, liftgate service, inside delivery, or special handling.

Shipping charges are quoted based on the specific product, destination, delivery requirements, and carrier availability. Freight charges, accessorial charges, liftgate service, inside delivery, residential delivery, white-glove delivery, expedited freight, or special delivery services may result in additional costs.

Customers are responsible for inspecting shipments at delivery. Any visible damage, shortage, or packaging damage must be noted on the carrier delivery receipt before signing. Claims for freight damage or shortage must be reported promptly to Mainline Computer Products.

Return Policy

Returns are subject to prior authorization from Mainline Computer Products and/or the manufacturer. Products may not be returned without written return authorization.

Custom-configured, special-order, built-to-order, opened, installed, used, discontinued, clearance, or non-stock products may be non-cancelable and non-returnable.

Approved returns may be subject to manufacturer restocking fees, return freight charges, inspection, and original packaging requirements. Return eligibility, return method, restocking charges, and refund amount will be determined based on the product, manufacturer policy, condition, and timing of the return request.

To request a return authorization, contact Mainline Computer Products at Sales@mainlinecomputer.com or 800-686-5312.

Shipping Policy

Freight and service charges may apply. Delivery dates are estimates only and are subject to carrier availability, manufacturer lead times, product availability, and customer delivery requirements.

Customers are responsible for confirming ship-to address, dock access, liftgate requirements, inside delivery, delivery appointment requirements, and any special freight instructions before shipment.

Customers are responsible for providing accurate and complete freight delivery instructions before shipment. If a carrier cannot complete delivery due to incorrect shipping information, unavailable receiving personnel, closed or full warehouse, missed delivery appointment, lack of dock access, or inability to contact the customer, any resulting storage, re-delivery, detention, address correction, liftgate, inside delivery, or other carrier accessorial charges will be billed to the customer.

Order Terms

Manufacturer policies supersede Mainline Computer Products policies where applicable. Prices, specifications, product availability, freight charges, and delivery dates are subject to change without notice.

Special-order, custom-configured, built-to-order, discontinued, opened, installed, or used products may be non-cancelable and non-returnable.

Returns & RMA Policy

All returns, repairs, exchanges, and replacements are subject to prior authorization and manufacturer approval. No product may be returned without written RMA authorization.

Defective or DOA claims are subject to manufacturer review. Customers should contact Mainline Computer Products within 24 hours for RMA review.

Freight Damage
