RETURNS OR EXCHANGES: Mainline Computer Products strives to provide our customer’s with the best level of presales technical support and product recommendations. However, we cannot assume any responsibility in purchases of erroneous products due to incompatibilities with customer applications, insufficient presales technical specifications, or a change in mind. Only defective products will be subject to review for returns and/or exchanges. If a product arrives defective or DOA (dead on arrival) please call our Customer Service Department at 1-800-686-5312 within 24 hours of receipt of order for a Return Material Authorization (RMA) number. RMA numbers are valid for seven (7) days from date of issuance. Customer forfeits rights to a return and/or exchange once the RMA expires, unless they are able to provide Mainline Computer Products with proof of product return (ie: tracking information). Please have RMA numbers appear on your return packing label. Please do not write on the outside of the box or on the merchandise itself. NO Returns will not be accepted without an RMA number. A call tag may be issued in such circumstances dependent on the product and manufacturer. If such provisions are unavailable under the circumstance, the customer will be responsible for returning product(s) back to the manufacturer’s warehouse for refund or exchange. All items must be in "as new" condition, in original packaging, and with all warranty cards, manuals, and accessories. Any discrepancies could result in a delay or forfeiture of your refund. Sometimes a restocking fee will be charged on returned items. The fee is dependent upon the manufacturer and product, and is at the sole discretion of Mainline Computer Products. You may call our customer service department regarding your special circumstance for fee rate. All shipping, insurance, and/or installation charges are NON-refundable. Refunds on purchases made with a credit card will only be credited to the same account. All refunds and credits are executed upon receipt and inspection of returned products. Please allow up to (4) weeks for processing. Purchases ordered via Purchase Order will be credited in the form of a credit memo, good for any future orders with Mainline Computer Products. These credit memos may not be exchanged for cash.
LIMITATIONS AND RETURNS: Opened Software and Memory are NON-returnable. Unopened software may be returned within (7) days of the invoice date. The return is subject to the above terms and conditions. Special orders, custom furniture pieces, and/or demo and open boxed items are NON-returnable.
